Our multi-functional gym is a great space to work out in when you want to, at your own pace - with no membership fee, just a pay-as-you-train charge. You can be assured a friendly and supportive environment with each visit whether you're a new gym user, casual gym goer or an experienced gym user. We have a huge range of cardio, strength, resistance and weight-training equipment for a full body workout, as well as plenty of space to work up a sweat.
