We’re here to make sure that everything goes swimmingly, from when you get in touch to ask about a venue, to arriving at and enjoying your event. Whether you already have a picture of what you want in mind, or have only the vaguest notion of what your occasion will look like, our services are here to help take you from idea to event.
Our team will be with you from the moment you choose us to the day of your event to make sure everything runs smoothly. We’ll help you choose the right space, run through menu choices and tastings (what a perk!), come up with options for seating arrangements and advise on what decor and dressing to choose to make the most of our spaces. Then there’s the entertainment, running orders, timings, transitions… the list goes on! We’ll take you through each step so it feels fun, not daunting, after all, it is your event to enjoy.
Great food is central to an enjoyable event, and we’ve hand-picked selected suppliers to offer you a variety of menus and catering approaches. As your event designers, we are happy to talk to catering suppliers on your behalf, or you might prefer to talk to them yourself - the choice is yours.
Whether it's a headline conference, awards presentation or musical performance, we recognise that a special occasion needs seamless AV services to be a success. Our in-house tech team has years of experience supporting a whole range of events, and a large stash of technical sound and vision equipment to work with. Stage design, light sequencing, state-of-the-art sound and content streaming are all part of their day job but will help make your day special.
