Port Edgar Watersports
Full week camp
Port Edgar Water Sports provide a variety of water sports options for kids aged 8 - 16 years old.
Your children will take part in an exclusive full-week course focused on either a multi-activity water sports package (SPLASH), a dinghy sailing course or the RYA start windsurfing course.
Selected courses (windsurfing) adhere to the RYA syllabus, leading to Stage 1 and Stage 2 certificates upon successful completion.

Please Note - age requirements below:
Multi-activity camp (splash) - open to age 8 - 16 year olds
Go sailing camp - open to age 8 - 16 year olds
Windsurfing camp - open to age 9 - 16 year olds
PLEASE NOTE - All three courses are better suited for children who are more adventurous and thrive on independent thinking.
Information about camp:
All wetsuits, board accessories and safety equipment will be provided.
All children booked on this camp should be confident in water when wearing a buoyancy aid or lifejacket.
All children should bring with them footwear that can get wet (old trainers or similar), a change of clothes, swimwear and a towel. Port Edgar will provide waterproofs where possible.
Please make sure your little ones come to camp with water, packed lunch and plenty of healthy snacks for the day. Our school is a nut free zone - PLEASE NO NUTS!
This activity will take place off campus. The bus will leave Edinburgh Academy Junior School at 9am sharp and will return at 5pm. Please be on time!
A staff member from AccessEA will accompany your children off campus and will be present all day during external trips.
All camps start at 9am and finish at 5pm, however, the team are on hand from 8am till 6pm every day. This allows you the flexibility to drop off between 8am - 9am and to pick up between 5pm - 6pm. Activities during this time will depend on the interests of your child.

Parents are required to complete a digital consent form for each child attending. This will be send via email ahead of the camp start date and should be returned to AccessEA.
