Tabata is a form of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) which involves short bursts of intense exercise with short rest periods. Our classes are designed with 20 seconds precise work intervals with 10 seconds recovery. This is repeated 8 times for a total of 4 minutes. This High Intensity class is perfect for those with a busy schedule and the results are endless. You’ll be sure to boost your anaerobic capacity and endurance along with burning fat through this short but effective class.
